Completing customer on boarding, servicing and transactions for customers (retail, corporate & institutional) via money market / fixed income intermediaries.

- Working with small business, companies, SMSFs & trusts to originate and maintain deposit and investment accounts.- Assisting with treasury & high value clients.- Training personal banking consultants in business banking processes.- Escalations.- Resolving Complaints.- Subject Matter Expert.- Resolving Complex Enquiries.- Assisting with Resource Planning.
