I am on the side of change, deeply curious and passionate about improving the status quo for better outcomes in health, the team and the bottom line. I was the kid that took my Mom’s Sony Walkman apart to understand how it worked. While this may not have made her happy, my drive to understand the ‘why behind the why’ allows me to uncover those critical insights needed to see old problems from a new angle.Today, I am an experienced leader who is passionate about making things and people better. Having worked in a start-up, as a consultant and in big pharma, I am well equipped to manage cross-functional teams that are tackling complex challenges. For example, -Identifying growth opportunities for a big pharma’s key heart failure program that more than doubled projected peak sales, which was endorsed by the Board of Directors with two PhII programs underway-Establishing a new service at a start-up including supply chain, pricing model, marketing and securing the first key customer, who later invited me to her wedding-Reorganizing a 150-member global franchise, including values, branding, strategic plan, engagement strategy and operational infrastructure that was the most talked about at the company's annual meeting-Launching global branding for a big pharma’s respiratory franchise that even had customers asking to use it in their offices-Ghost-writing a white paper that is used by global policy makers to advocate for improved care of patients with COPDI am always interested in new challenges and winning together.
