I have a passion for helping people and pushing them towards their career goals.At first, I didn’t know what my purpose was in life, until I discovered that my passion and my purpose was one in the same. I thought that it had to be this thing that I had to learn how to do, instead of something I already possessed. Human Capital calls to all of my passions; incorporating relationship building and problem solving. I love finding new ways to improve policy and processes to create a better experience for the employee. I also love to come up with fun things to do to engage with employees. I have a creative background and it allows me to showcase that talent of mines in a different space. My specialties include quickly learning new skills and policies, adapting to change, working in a high volume and fast paced environment, problem-solving, organizing, and communication. There is one more thing that is very important that I possess, that all members in my field should have, that is, empathy!
