My day-to-day duties varied greatly through the week. Monday could see me creating meta data for an eCommerce furniture store, but by Friday I could be writing blogs for a barbers shop or the script for a promotional video.When I first started at SilverEGG Media I was a content writer focusing solely on producing high quality, unique content for each our clients, however I quickly became more involved with SEO and client account management. This developed my day-to-day role even further, so I would often be analysing data from Google Analytics and other tools, creating monthly client reports and building SEO proposals for potential clients.During my time with SilverEGG Media I have made contributions in some form or another to almost every client account we deal with, though perhaps my biggest accomplishment has been arranging a collaboration between one of these clients and a couture fashion brand for London Fashion Week. This resulted in a party that was reported on in magazines and had images shared to thousands of people via social media.

As a supervisor and team coach, my responsibilities included managing the shop floor and training both existing and new members of the team. I had to work on my own initiative and delegate jobs where appropriate between myself and other members of the sales team.As a sales assistant my main roles included working as part of a larger team and continuously developing product knowledge to provide better service alongside customer care, both on the sales floor and till points. I was also expected to communicate with line management daily to help maintain standards, security, health and safety and adherence to company policies.

My main job role included delivering friendly and approachable customer service and to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. To achieve this I presented hot food and beverages quickly and efficiently. A large part of this job role was continuously speaking to customers to ensure they were happy with their orders, alongside keeping them up to date on deals and promotions. I had to learn the techniques of making quality barista coffee, which is harder than it looks!
