As Business Leader SEQ I am responsible for the leadership and operational performance of the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Springfield and Toowoomba branches within Stantecs community development business line. Working closely with the Group Leads of those office locations we identify any specific requirements necessary for the continuity of Business Improvement.

As Stantec acquired Cardno in 2021 I have transitioned to Stantec. In the role of Market Leader, I am tasked with ensuring all of Stantec's offices across QLD, NT & WA are strategically positioned within their submarkets to maximize potential revenue and market share. This role involves internal business forecasting and reporting, external market analysis, competitor analysis, Client Engagement and Key Account Management.

The UDIA committee is appointed to be an advocate for the development sector in the Mackay region. Working with local and state government authorities the UDIA Executive committee voices industry concerns and lobbies for critical policy changes to help better the development sector for its members.

I am currently sitting in the position of Mackay Team Lead - Civil. Cardno now Stantec Mackay (Civil) is a team of 6 personnel including Senior Engineers / Project Managers, Graduate Engineers, Drafters and Designers. As a team we are responsible for delivering complex Civil Design projects across Urban / residential Develpment, Roads, Mining and Community Infrastructure across Central, Western and North QLD
