As the Account Coordinator, I manage the day to day project management including trafficking of materials, issuing job orders, reporting on the status of projects, and leading team meetings both internally and with clients. Using my skills as a project manager, I make sure projects are completed within scope and budget; and pivoting when necessary. This person assists in the planning and execution of the PPC strategy, oversees various tasks related to Marketing automation and administering the HubSpot platform, manages incoming lead verification as a backup to the SDR, handles all digital profiles including social media and the Review Request Program. The Marketing Project Lead aids in the maintenance of the Marketing Sprint Backlog, in addition to helping facilitate Daily Stand Up meetings, and Sprint planning meetings.
