I have 11+ years of experience in Operations Leadership, Training, and Developing teams of Member Service Reps, QA Auditors and Supervisors in the Health Care Industry. I have successfully managed multiple project management initiatives and had a direct impact on our New Hire Onboarding Initiatives where I led the remote work setup and training of over 100 employees, ensuring quality and efficiency standards were met.I am passionate about improving the customer experience and delivering value to our clients. I have received the Cigna Ambassador Award for my involvement in the Narcan Newsstand Initiative, a community outreach program that aimed to reduce overdose deaths and educate the public on the benefits of Narcan.
