I have always had a passionate curiosity about human behavior and decision making. I get excited about the creative challenge of identifying factors that influence our thoughts, behaviors, and decisions. As a research-focused Psychology student, I always had a wide range of interests. My time in retail management uncovered a fascination with the field of marketing research and consumer insights.Throughout my education, I was involved in a myriad of research projects at all stages, from initial planning and study design, to execution, analyses, and presentation of results. These studies involved a variety of methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, and a range of data types and sources. I have taken several courses in statistics and research methodologies and have experience with various statistical software packages and programming languages including SPSS, MATLAB, E-Prime, SQL, and Python. More importantly, I have demonstrated the ability to quickly familiarize myself with new statistical analysis tools whenever necessary.I have 6 years of experience in the Retail industry engaging with customers, observing their purchasing behaviors, and listening to their feedback. Now, in the field of Market Research, I get to apply this experience, in conjunction with my research aptitude, to deliver actionable insights and help businesses grow and succeed.
