My track record delivered client Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions that defended current levels of funding, identified funding gaps, and justified requests for additional funding, ultimately resulting in increases in Total Obligation Authority (TOA) across the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP). I also worked directly with my clients to identify cost reduction opportunities, improve vendor relationships, implement more streamlined business processes, and mature the budget and execution capabilities to enable faster and more accurate reporting that helps inform investment decisions.
