-Adapted and applied the College Reading and Learning Association’s Level I International Peer Tutor Certification framework to graduate-level students, achieving certification status and formalizing the onboarding, training, and evaluation of peer tutors.-Exponentially improved tutoring usage and satisfaction in a 3-year period.-Added student learning theory and metacognitive awareness to training and operations across the tutoring program.

Created and executed innovative sales and marketing campaigns designed to increase public awareness of cost-effective cardiac screening equipment/services for school districts/systems throughout Texas. Educated coaches, administrators, policy makers, and school boards concerning sudden cardiac death. Planned, coordinated, and managed screening events to identify real and potential cardiac problems targeting today’s youth. Performed screens and responded to questions from new and existing clients.
