- 1 of 3 change agents within the Buy Organization to roll out a new Scaled Agile approach. I was trained by an external consultant in an intensive 3 week training session and then trained Portfolio and Program teams to execute using this new methodology to deliver client value more consistently.- Scrum Master across 4 different teams working towards a single goal of building a new data platform for our clients.- Facilitated various sessions around Agile Development to help teams new to Agile within Nielsen and workshops such as Design Sprints to help set strategy.

- Aided in the development of new services to help our clients achieve their businessobjectives goals.- Fast tracked the creation of Nielsen Concept Constructor that brought it to market within a year, whichwhich brought in close to $5 million in its first 3 quarters (2014).- Sole product lead for Nielsen Heat Maps which included determining overall strategy and future developments on the platform, while working closely with the Applications Development team on new requirements and technical developments.- Created and conducted training throughout the Nielsen Innovation Practice on various topics including new capabilities on pre-existing platforms and new services.

- Aided in the creation of new services, focusing primarily on pre-field execution, to help our clients achieve their business objectives goals. - Supported a team of Project Developers to ensure they had the tools and resources they needed to successfully complete their job - Setup and fielded various R&D initiatives across the Innovation Practice such as testing among Hispanics in the US, Panel Incentives, and new platform introductions. - Piloted and developed proper fielding protocol for a key service in new markets around the World, including: Nigeria, The Ivory Coast, and Ghana.

- Helped lead and execute a Business Process Improvement initiative for a new service rolled out with Nielsen.- Was trained on two core processes for Business Process Improvement: DMAIC and DMADV- Supported a global launch of a very customized service.- Piloted new fielding locations and methodologies all around the world in order to qualify them for our new service.- Developed, trained, and maintained a team of Project Developers to run Market and Brand Advisors.
