Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of Knowledge Operations (Traditional Guardsman)As the Base Records Manager, I oversee the management of network permissions, security protocols, and document management. I manage and uphold the base's fully digital record-keeping system, ensuring all records are consistently maintained in line with established policies. I provide training and guidance to unit Record Points of Contact (POCs), ensuring effective records management across the base. I also implement and manage local regulations and policies related to records operations.In my role as Site Collection Administrator for the installation's SharePoint, I am responsible for managing and maintaining the platform, ensuring smooth operations across all units.Additionally, I serve as the Base Privacy Act and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Manager, where I handle all privacy and FOIA-related matters, ensuring compliance with legal standards. I also oversee base-wide publications and forms management, coordinating policies and procedures for both the installation and geographically separated units (GSUs).As a certified trainer, I provide instruction on Records Management, Privacy Act/FOIA, and SharePoint administration to personnel across the base, ensuring comprehensive understanding and compliance.
