Responsible for bringing the vision for this new program to life while managing and streamlining daily operations, expanding offerings for employees, and further developing metrics and reporting plans to gain better insight into the new program's ROI as well as the certifications held by employees across the company.

Managed key business relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders in order to deliver technical training to the Global Network & Technology team. Collaborated with groups across GN&T to identify performance gaps and assist in the implementation of effective learning programs in support of the talent transformation goals at Verizon.

Created professional development programming for graduate/professional students and built relationships with corporate partners and alumni to facilitate networking and job placement.

Advised student athletes in their career development and academic progress while managing projects related to improving tutor training.
