At Paramount I managed the accounts for our lettings and maintenance departments. I was the main point of contact for all lettings and maintenance accounting queries. My role involved:- Collecting direct debits- Processing and transmitting payments to landlords and tenants- Credit control- Monitoring cash flow- Credit control duties involving drafting arrears reports and chasing debtors- Daily bank reconciliations for company client account and sister company bank accounts- Processing negotiator deals, including raising invoices and credit-notes relating to rent, deposits, administration fees as well as ground rent and service charge reconciliationAssociation of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) qualified and proficient user of CFP Winman and Sage Line 50.

My role at Foxtons involved:- Processing transactions for rent, deposits, tenancy and landlord based commission fees using bespoke package- Processing credit card payments from tenants relating to pre-tenancy, moving-in-monies and rent transactions- Amending details on accounting system such as lease details, natural and early tenancy terminations, processing refunds to landlords and tenants, deposit releases- Processing cash and banking for all offices across London and Surrey on a weekly basis and raising fees to clients and tenants
