Leads and manages the human resources and payroll functions for the university's regional campusAdministers human resources services such as recruitment and selection, promotions, transfers, job classifications, performance evaluations, and employee relations in accordance with university policies and objectivesImplements human resources and payroll programs to meet organizational needs and comply with federal, state and local laws, and university policiesSupervises the collection and submission of campus payroll and employee benefits information to Human Resources & Payroll on the Providence campus; distributes payroll as neededManages campus student employment programsPlans and supervises staff development programs such as new hire orientation and benefits/open enrollment educational sessionsResponds to campus employees' questions and concerns and works with Human Resources & Payroll on the Providence campus to resolve issues that ariseAssists with the administration of benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, retirement, paid time off, and leave of absence; coordinates benefits enrollment for campus employeesStays abreast of federal and state employment laws and facilitates compliance with applicable regulationsInvestigates work-related injuries and illnesses and submits incident reports in a timely mannerPrepares employee new hire forms and employment status change forms and submits forms for processingActs as campus compliance team member and Deputy Title IX coordinatorSupervises and manages student employees, as necessary, to enhance their academic and professional development

• Responsible for the creation and updating of departmental marketing and training documents.• Work with Compliance department to review and update all departmental forms, guidelines and review books.• Work with Business Analyst team to implement software review, approval, launch, training and ongoing support.• Work with Creative Marketing team on designing and layout of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning webpages.• Review and process financial plans to ensure all requirements and compliance standards are met• Handle and process Retirement Plan Administration and Reporting (RPCS/RPS) from clients.• Ordering background checks for RPCS clients via LexisNexis.• Research and provide monthly metric reports regarding software usage, financial plans and retirement plans issued to Financial Planning Center and fees charged to clients• Provide registration sign up and coursework to financial advisors in the field• Receive financial assets from outside vendors, calculate and submit all fees monthly to upper management.
