CurrentJob duties include: -Acting as the go-to contact for all internal communication needs for IGT's Global Gaming business unit. -Drafting high level communications for senior executives, including internal emails, memos, notices, and more.-Developing and executing targeted internal communication plans to support a variety of company initiatives. -Sharing employee/department stories through IGT's internal website, OneIGT. -Assisting with the planning and communication efforts of office events that contribute to the strengthening of company culture. -Organizing internal video messaging shoots for the CEO and executive team, which involves drafting talking points and/or a script. -Planning and acting as the main point of contact for CEO town hall events, which includes preparing a slide deck presentation. Events are hybrid, meaning they reach both an in-person and online audience. -Drafting high level organizational announcements to support human resources partners.-Contributing to the all-company newsletter. -Distributing internal communication materials to over 10,000 employees worldwide on a regular basis.Notable projects: -From direct appointment from the CEO, underwent an internal branding exercise to give IGT's Global Gaming division a unified business purpose through the development of the "Global Gaming Bullseye." Worked with a team of four colleagues to survey employees and carefully construct the messaging of the bullseye, before presenting our findings to an audience of about 4,000 IGT employees.
