As the Technical Sourcing Recruiting Manager at Zillow, I led a dynamic team dedicated to sourcing top-tier talent across engineering, core infrastructure, product management, product design, and data science and analytics. I’m especially proud to have helped lead the efforts to hire our first engineers in Mexico. Responsible for the development and execution of Amazon’s strategic sourcing strategy across diverse regions of North America. I track industry events, technology trends and changes within the employment landscape that may impact best practices in hiring. I work closely with clients, business partners and leaders in leading data-driven activities to hire the best talent for Amazon.

At DayNine I was responsible for designing and executing the global entry-level strategy for the company. I built and managed the first ever internship program in partnership with Workday. I also partnered with business leaders to design a first class candidate experience that lead to hiring top entry-level talent for the company.

I lead the recruiting team for Environmental Health and Safety at Amazon. My team was responsible for hiring over 500 plus candidates a year. I was responsible for identifying gaps in the recruiting process, leading all projects to raise the hiring bar, driving interview results and all communications with the Environmental Health and Safety team.

I was a founding member to the NAFC Campus Recruiting team that was formed in 2010. I designed, manage and lead the Operations Internship Program across 60 buildings in the US and 1 in Canada. I increased the intern to offer ratio by 20% in 1 year. I also lead the design and managed all national campus recruiting efforts for the safety and facilities programs.

Nationwide's campus recruiting program hires top quality undergraduate and MBA finance, marketing, actuarial, and IT majors across the country. These students are brought into leadership programs to help develop them to be the strong future leaders of Nationwide. During her time at Nationwide I helped to build a strategic campus recruiting program that focused on bringing in talent from the top 10 business schools across the country. I developed an internship program that grew from 30 to 100 interns that focused on giving interns exposure to c-level executives, developing their business acumen and giving them challenging projects that helped them to raise the bar in the business units they worked in.
