Project Support Coordinator
CurrentI support the LCS Depot Team on Connection's largest client project where I am responsible for coordinating project tasks involving customers, service partners, and project team members by validating tickets, capturing details, processing ticket data into Connection's systems, placing orders, performing asset management, and following up on outstanding tasks. I also review daily shipping reports and manage escalation assignments sent to our team inbox.I have consistently met and/or exceeded all personal and team goals, as well as regularly receive positive feedback during monthly reviews regarding my productivity, efficiency, procedural knowledge and dedication. I also work holidays and OT as needed to provide stellar service to our client during their busiest times where more support is required.
