At Aspire, I worked as an Associate Account Director from 2023 to 2024, collaborating with cross-functional teams on brand strategies, and presenting in person in NYC to deepen client relationships and align strategic objectives. I oversaw client contracts, developed proposals, and managed budgets to ensure project goals were met efficiently. Additionally, I led business proposals, contract renewals, and upsells, along with workforce planning and scheduling for client projects and new business prospects. I mentored a team of four, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team productivity on multifaceted accounts, while closely working with Sales, Finance, Product Engineering, Marketing, and Design to bolster alignment and project outcomes.Key Accomplishments:■ Managed a $3.9M client portfolio, securing 54 upsells and 22 renewals across 23 enterprise accounts, bolstering client loyalty and driving revenue growth.■ Led a team of 15+ managers and associates in executing large-scale seeding, paid, and UGC influencer campaigns for L’Oreal brands, boosting brand awareness for Kiehl’s, Garnier, Matrix, and L’Oreal Paris.■ Oversaw 10 paid and 17 seeding influencer campaigns concurrently, reaching 50,000 creators through product mailers to amplify brand visibility.■ Cultivated strong relationships with enterprise clients, including Epson, the American Cancer Society, and Turo, facilitating early contract renewals and extending contract durations from 6 to 15 months.
