◘ Develop and oversee creation and execution of all local marketing programs, advertising, public relations, sponsorship activities and on-site events designed to increase brand awareness of The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) and promotional partners, ensuring that all messaging is on brand and compliant with standards of TWDC as senior marketing leader for the Michigan and Northwest Ohio region◘ Responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and third party vendors, creating promotional calendar and analyzing success of partnerships and events ◘ Manage all HR functions including recruitment, interviews, hiring, rewards, discipline and legal reporting for a staff of over 30 cast members ◘ Act as interim Station Manager in charge of all sales, legal and business operations including management of Account Executives, accountability for profitability and reporting and analysis of metrics◘ Oversee complex event logistics across staff, venues and operations and demonstrate leadership in managing event challenges◘ Effectively manage the station’s promotion budget, strategizing expenditure allocation, ensuring all projects are billed on a timely basis and expenditures are on or under budget◘ Develop and cultivate relationships with local media outlets including ABC, NBC and FOX TV affiliates to garner coverage of key initiative and leverage partnerships
