Sammy's Sliders

In January 2022, ZorAbility, Inc. launched a small restaurant concept called myfrii. Under the leadership of co-founder Sammy Gianopoulos (who co-founded Fratelli’s Italian Steak House, Three Bulls Steak House, and Sammy G’s Tavern) and co-founder Sam G. Ballas (CEO and Founder of East Coast Wings + Grill and CEO & Managing Director of ZorAbility, Inc.), the two restaurant industry veterans spent the next two years strategically beta testing the myfrii concept. Ultimately, the restaurant’s loyal consumer base drove the re-imaging of myfrii to become a sliders and chicken finger-based concept, which we appropriately renamed Sammy’s Sliders. Like many emerging brands, the Sammy’s Sliders team listened to the myfrii guests, who were clearly saying, “You’re a slider concept. I come to myfrii for the sliders, hand-breaded chicken fingers, and ice cream shakes.” Hence, the two Sammys decided to make the name change. So welcome to Sammy’s Sliders, serving off-the-bun meat sliders, hand-breaded chicken fingers (traditional and saucy), multiple types of french fries including daily hand-cut, meal-topped french fries, a variety of protein-topped dinner salads, and our infamous hand-spun ice cream shakes. Sammy’s Sliders is operated as a fast-casual concept driven by high-quality ingredients and freshly crafted, never-frozen proteins. At Sammy’s Sliders, guests can choose from gourmet-topped hand-cut, crinkle-cut, or natural-cut french fries, our larger Certified Angus Beef sliders, antibiotic-free chicken sliders, or our variety of deluxe sliders (fish filet slider, Yellowstone slider, falafel slider). Unique made-from-scratch recipes from our award-winning culinary team provide a taste sensation. House-made dipping sauces and premium ice cream shakes provide a one-of-a-kind experience.
