Field Relations supports Client Service Operations and the Field Network by acting as a liaison between key business partners. This team seeks to strengthen and foster a strong, lasting and collaborative relationship between CSO and the Field Network through improved communication, support and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to improve adoption and enhance the advisor/client experience.

• Responsible for processing key business transactions, including bank deposits, systemtransactions and general administration.• Comprehensive knowledge of policies procedures and ensuring proper business practice.• Region Office business processing and compliance/regulatory administration related todifferent platforms IGAA, IGFS, IGFS Nominee, IGSI as well as Solutions Banking andInsurance• Business handling procedures - pre-edit, client and account set up, client adjustments,document imaging and retention.• Reception duties including switchboard.• Provide training and support to Consultant network with digital forms adoption, officeprocedures, forms information and general inquiries.• Provides support to Manager, Region Office Operations where required.

Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.• Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.• Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.• Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts.• Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.

Provide account services and excellent customer service to customers by receiving deposits, loan and mortgage payments; cashing cheques, answering questions in person or on telephone; referring to other bank services.• Cross-selling bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a branch representative.
