• Coordinate content strategies and designs of eight company newsletters, including editing and print distribution in a timely fashion• Develop and manage five internal e-newsletters and collaborate with multiple company departments to coordinate content and distribution monthly• Work with company executives to develop announcements and digital messages of events and speaking engagements• Manage communications through seven company intranet platforms• Develop communication campaigns for corporate events• Manage corporate social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google+ Local• Develop consumer focused videos for YouTube that result in page one rankings on Google• Copyright and edit marketing and promotional materials• Conduct sales presentations and educate on effective use of public relations during training classes• Assist and coach business owners regarding their local public relations efforts• Manage online reputation by monitoring online conversations and responding as needed• Manage vendors responsible for ensuring online presence is competitive• Build search engine optimization through social media platforms, websites and Internet listings
