I assisted in hiring, business development, marketing, and preparing bids along with project management and payroll.

GJR was a brokerage firm specializing in acquisitions for institutional and sophisticated buyers such as large hedge funds and high net worth individuals looking to invest in residential real estate. I coordinated transactions from contract to close. I was the office manager for the Houston branch and executive assistant and client relations manager for the Dallas office.

As the acquisitions manager, I was responsible for all acquisitions, residential and commercial, from tax/trustee sales, Fannie Mae, the FDIC, and non-performing notes from institutional lenders in Texas, Illinois, Michigan, Maryland and Georgia. My team abstracted title, ordered inspections and handled all closings from contract to close. As the EA I scheduled travel, notarized documents, transcribed emails daily and handled customer service complaints. As the office manager I was responsible for obtaining reports from inner office departments and planning company events.

I provided administrative and technical support for the entire appraisal department.

I provided administrative and clerical support to various epidemiologists in the Occupational Health department.
