Ashley Terry serves as the Vice President of Development for Wheeler District. As Vice President, she oversees the implementation of the masterplan and strategic development operations across the district. Wheeler District is a 150-acre urban development situated on the south bank of the Oklahoma River. While honoring the site’s history as a downtown airpark, the modern development offers residents varied housing options in a walkable and bikeable environment. Terry has been instrumental in transforming the district into a vibrant, mixed-use community, implementing the project’s innovative approach to urban development. Her leadership has not only driven economic growth but has also fostered a sense of community and sustainability within the district.In addition, Ashley serves on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Americas Executive Committee (AEC), as Governance Chair for the ULI Oklahoma District Council, and serves on the board for several community organizations, including Calle dos Cinco in Historic Capitol Hill, Oklahoma City Foundation for Architecture, and Independent Retail Community Initiatives. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a BA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
