Responsible for moving TA function toward operational excellence by owning and optimizing our TA systems (ATS, job boards, scheduling tools); informing senior leadership of recruiting successes and challenges and advising on solutions and recruiting strategy; creating and utilizing reporting dashboards to improve time-to-fill and overall candidate experience; documenting all TA processes and workflows; improving diversity hiring initiatives; and developing a campus recruiting unit (internships and graduate programs).

Responsibilities included owning full recruiting lifecycle for all candidates and maintaining strong pipelines in Client Operations, Go-To-Market, and Business Functions; handling all open/close job requisitions in Greenhouse, the composition and sending of all offer packages, and background checks; managing all interview scheduling for candidate phone screens, technical screens, and final interviews (onsite and virtual; successfully managing daily candidate relations and deliver an exceptional candidate experience; organizing and leading job kickoff meetings with hiring managers and interview debriefs with interviewing team

Responsibilities included elevating the Target guest experience to drive brand loyalty and increased sales performance, sustaining and improving the relationship with the local community, and building capability and culture to enhance team member job fulfillment.

Worked as a part of the Sponsorship Committee for the Mid-Atlantic Union of Vietnamese Student Associations (MAUVSA) for the March 2015 conference. Assisted in fundraising over $10,000 and providing scholarships for the attendees.
