In my role as a brand positioning intern at Taipei Fubon Bank, I contributed to a variety of marketing and creative initiatives. One of my key tasks was conducting a competitor analysis, where I compared the websites of different banks to highlight strengths and areas for improvement. In addition, I worked on a project promoting the 'Egg Yolk Loan,' a product designed for young professionals with strong potential future earning potential but limited current financial capacity. My role involved brainstorming innovative marketing strategies to target this audience effectively. Lastly, I scripted, filmed, and edited a Holiday video for internal employees, further developing my video production skills.

As a hostess at Friday's, I developed my communication skills by engaging with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and clear communication between teams. I created strong problem-solving abilities by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Additionally, I collaborated closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient teamwork to deliver seamless service even during peak hours.
