Managed all aspects of the Building Connections elementary school program whose mission was to promote self-worth and appreciation for differences. This included networking with education professionals, budgeting, outreach, risk management, logistics, assessment and volunteer management. I developed a volunteer peer mentor program to enhance the volunteer.

- Provided oversight and day-to-day management of the Metropolitan University Scholars Experience (MUSE) first-year seminar program- Partnered with the SJSU Center for Service-Learning to implement community connections in first-year seminar courses- Developed curriculum and co-taught first-year seminar course on civic engagement

- Responsible for managing the Education Award program for the AmeriCorps Bridging Borders program. Specialized in impact assessment and student volunteer training in the areas of civic engagement, leadership and knowledge of immigrant communities- Co-wrote a successful competitive grant to Learn and Serve America in conjunction with the CSU Chancellor's.
