I led the development of a new program initiative focused on exploring topics at the intersection of policy, technology, and society. Key aspects of my role included strategic planning and execution, budget oversight, partnership development and overall program curation and management. As a member of the senior staff, I also focused on board and committee development.

PPI is an educational organization for institutional investors to assist them in carrying out their fiduciary responsibilities. As Program Director, I curated programmatic content regarding geopolitical and economic trends in the global economy with specific focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

Conducted public policy research and analysis on a wide range of economic development issues, with a particular emphasis on sustainability and the environment.Joint Venture Silicon Valley: - Conducted a feasibility study for a professional development academy for public school teachers in the Silicon Valley region.Strategic Economics: - Developed a tenanting strategy to revitalize the downtown area of the City of Modesto;- Conducted a retail impacts assessment for a major development in the City of Alameda;- Evaluated the economic impacts of up-zoning in an agricultural/separator area between two communities;- Researched commercial gentrification issues facing ethnic business districts.Collaborative Economics:- Conducted data analysis and developed indicators for community and regional based economic and social progress studies - (Index of Silicon Valley);- Researched and analyzed workforce issues facing California’s health care industry. - Crafted cluster studies for the Optics and Plastics industries.
