Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Current- Respond to donors' inquiries by phone, mail and email in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the donor's needs are met and actions are tracked in the fundraising database (Raiser's Edge).
- Follow-up with donors regarding missing information and requests to ensure all donors' files are accurately up-to-date and reflective of donor's giving.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Donor Services department at Covenant House Toronto.
