Lead Clinical Training Coordinator
Current• Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. • Managing competing priorities, projects, and other responsibilities while meeting deadlines.• Resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways, demonstrating judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.• Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.• Learning new processes on a consistent basis and relays information to direct reports.• Acting as a point of contact and escalation for other Clinical Training Coordinators as well as inquiries coming into the CTC group.• Providing training to other CTC team members; troubleshoots and reprioritizes tasks to manage constantly changing workloads.• Acting as liaison with the Quality department for case review.• Identifying and implementing areas for process improvement and efficiencies.• Acting as a training resource for Field CDS representatives on CRM software.• Analyzing training documentation and uses discretion to make business decisions.• Tracking training metrics and reports out (customer, shipment date, assigned trainer, training dates, receipt of training documentations, etc.)• Preparing reports per region on patients trained based on trainer source.• Providing Field Training metrics to the Field Force through t:dash..• Auditing training records which indicate accomplishment of successful patient pump training and investigates. reasons for unsuccessful accomplishment, and communicates this to the Clinical Diabetes Specialists.• Interacting with Area Reginal Clinical Manger and Clinical Diabetes Specialist for guidance on technical and training issues.• Ensuring compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
