● Managing and leading instructional design and training teams to ensure that both instructor-led and eLearning programs are centered on the learner experience and focused on behavioral outcomes to drive business results ● Designing and leading synchronous and asynchronous learning programs to engage various learning styles, facilitate competency and commitment, foster self-awareness, and encourage effective communication ● Monitoring and measuring learning and development performance indicators through cross-functional collaboration with members of the Operations, Quality, Compliance, Talent and Executive teams ● Various other duties include: coaching and mentoring staff, LMS and CMS administration, knowledge management, vendor relationships, business travel, budgeting, tuition reimbursement program administration, and conducting multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
