CurrentCardinal Health is a distributor of pharmaceuticals, a global manufacturer and distributor of medical and laboratory products, and a provider of performance and data solutions for healthcare facilities.I manage full cycle recruitment for multiple groups within the medical side of Cardinal Health including Marketing Creative Services, Product Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, Medical Writing, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence, Sales Operations and Commercial Enablement, Customer Solutions, Contract Administration, Sourcing, Pricing, Supplier and Quality Engineering, and Sales. I support associate, professional, and management roles for the following groups:- Product Marketing- Content Marketing & Creative Services- eCommerce- Medical Writing & Medical Device Safety- Regulatory & Medical Affairs- Contracting & Compliance- Business Intelligence & Data Analysts- Sales Operations & Enablement- Strategic Pricing- Supplier Quality EngineeringPosition Summary:As a Professional Recruiter, I partner with hiring leaders and maintain oversight of the full recruitment process. This includes requisition approval, job posting, applicant review, pre-screening of candidates, development of candidate slates, regular communications and meeting with hiring managers to review candidate statuses, coordination of candidate interviews, development of interview panels, coordination of interview calibrations and ensuring quality candidate feedback is gathered, consultation with hiring managers on final decisions of candidates, provide compensation recommendations based on unique candidate experiences, qualifications, and locations and hiring manager budgets and role levels, and manage all offer negotiations and offer extensions with candidates.
