School Counselor for over 1100 students, encouraging academic, social/emotional, and career success through large group, small group, and individual counseling and education. I serve as a schoolwide leader, mentoring, training, and serving students, new and veteran staff members, parents, and other stakeholders. I have a passion for partnering with community agencies and have planned and executed several schoolwide and community based events each year. Coordinate the Gifted Nomination process for eligible clients and stakeholders. Train and collaborate with staff members on completing nomination paperwork, ensuring compliance to state and local standards. Meet with stakeholders both virtually and in-person to deliver results and plan for next steps, optimizing client success.

I coordinate, plan, and implement standardized testing for over 1100 clients and stakeholders from beginning to end of year, complying with all state and federal statutes and local policies. I ensure that unique accommodations are made for clients as appropriate in order to maximize results, and train and mentor both new and veteran stakeholders on proper procedures throughout the process, resulting in a successful testing experience.

Educated and mentored over 160 students in state standards and curriculum using a variety of modalities and methods. Utilized technology and data analysis to meet and exceed goals. Collaborated, trained, and conferenced with various stakeholders in relentless pursuit of success.
