I managed clients' desires and unique needs by surveying their property and asking poignant questions to create an accurate job assessment. I provide efficient communication and accessibility, accurate proposal cost quoting, and timely invoicing while fostering individual relationships with each client to delivery their dream garden space.

•Managed the day to day activities of selected CMK agricultural programs, including Catskill Edible Garden Project, Mountainkeeper Farmers’ Markets in the cities of Liberty and Monticello, and Trailkeeper hiking initiative•Designed objectives for CEGP, building 2 new school gardens in 2016 and managing 12 established school and community gardens throughout the county. Executed “Chef in the classroom” demonstrations and horticulture lessons with students.

• Established ½ Acre Garden for the Farm in May, consisting of 2 plots with no till soil preparation methods. 22 raised beds total utilizing water catch systems for irrigation, and maintained throughout the season.• Taught underserved students residents from NYC, ages 13-18 about sustainable agriculture, consisting of topics including Composting, Harvesting and Processing methods, Organic Pesticide Control, Soil Science, and Holistic Grazing Solutions.• Managed livestock including piglets, Alpine milking goats, ½ dozen sheep, 2 rabbits and new born bunnies, a laying flock and 3 rounds of 25 broiler chickens. • Enrolled the Farm in their first Farmer’s Market, educating students on the business and marketing behind small farms and produce sales.• Consulted and Created a sustainable plan for the future of the camp’s nutrition program, moving their food program to only locally based produce, meat and dairy products.

• Loan underwriter for all Sacramento Habitat for Humanities home sales during my three year tenure. I managed the homeowner application and selection process and supported partner families throughout the partnering program. •. Hired and supervised three terms of AmeriCorps members, our volunteer Family Selection Committee, and other construction team volunteers. • Created and implemented an internal Homeowner’s Education Program saving affiliate funding. • Lead team of 33 young adults on a cross country cycling tour, to raise money and awareness for affordable housing.• Pre-Trip organized overnight locations, Breakfast and Dinner meals for each night, Build Day locations and Projects. Responsible for day to day logistics of providing adequate meals, showering and sleeping arrangements for 33 people.• Taught affordable housing curriculum to the 32 other team members. o Presentations on topic ranging from Affordable Housing Non-Profit Case Studies to Redlining and Sup-prime mortgage lending o Organized Grant Reading and Endowment Process to fund our grant applications. Created Presentation to keep trip volunteers engaged with Affordable Housing after Bike and Build summer.• Created Daily Cycling Routes for Trip (Cue Sheets) - distributed to riders each morning to guide them through their day. Routes are made with meticulous care, reviewing many options, comparing roads speed limits, traffic density, shoulder view, road and weather conditions, previous year’s observations, local advice to create a safe route for our team to accomplish. • Alternated Driving Support Vehicle (15 passenger Van and Hitch Trailer – Supporting riders with injuries, flats and repairs, or any other needs. Setting up schedule rest stops and providing for generally needs of the group. • Post Trip- Evaluating Host Sites, Build Days, Daily Routes taken, Grant Proposals, and creating useful and tangible advice/solutions for next year trip.

• Created and Maintained trails throughout the park (i.e. Brushing, lopping, scaling, assessing and creating water drainages)• Constructed and maintained rip rap surfaces and steps, water bars, single and multi-tier walls, rock causeways and terraces along trail.• Assisted in set up and break down of backcountry camps, (i.e. assembling bear boxes, set up tarp (fly) covers or wall tents, making a latrine and gray water sump, gathering and chopping wood, and set up of water filtration system.)• Used and operated the following tools regularly as part of my job; rake, shovel, rock bar, double jack, single jack, loppers, pick, chainsaw, jack hammer, plugs and feathers, and grip hoist.• Hiked up to 3 mph, and upwards of 20 miles daily. Lifted and carried objects such as wood, logs, and rocks of substantial weight (100lbs or more) frequently.
