My goal and reason for joining Tinybeans is to start up and run 3 marketing channels for the global parenting company Tinybeans on the Growth team for their mobile and web application. However, since joining, I have taken up many hats. Being on a small team at a big company tends to make you do this. I have designed, sold paid placements for publisher affiliate marketing, been in key meetings and made crucial connections that lead to movement, and have even dabbled in tech/integration/email newsletter creation.Day-to-day tasks include: - managing influencer communications and campaigns from outreach to data reporting- outreach to likeminded partners, creative brainstorming on different partnership possibilities- CJ affiliate network set-up/maintanence/scaling, emailing partners & media frequently- being the middle communication piece between our company's goals and products to other brands, consumers, influencers, publishers, and partners- data reporting and optimization- helping sell paid placements on our publisher affiliate side which includes email outreach, proposals, io contracts, and personal connectionsOther projects include: web and app integration with CJ/AppsFlyer, Stripe coupon generation, ad creatives/design requests and occasional fulfillment, partner with web team to create articles for partnerships or landing pages/FAQs, project trends to create goals with no historical YoY data, rework/optimizing strategy to hit targets, and working with team members all around the company to hit goals and creatively fulfill partnership and fill company tasks.

- Manage 2 brands' international influencer marketing strategies, campaigns, and complete collaboration process from outreach to completion across 2 platforms. Successfully ran 2021 Halloween campaigns from 9/1/21 to 10/31/21 with over 90 influencers gaining over 18 million reach, 900k impressions, and a 12,000% ROI.- Create a new affiliate program for both brands and scale it from starting January 2022.
