Ashley assists her clients on all matters relating to condominium governance, management, and operation. Ashley is passionate about complex post-turnover issues and her practice is largely focused on shared facilities, expropriation, labour and employment, human rights, construction deficiencies, occupational health and safety, aging and mental health, and municipal planning and compliance.Ashley is committed to serving condominium communities throughout Ontario and as part of this commitment, Ashley has been a member of CCI Toronto’s Volunteer Resource Committee since its inception in 2014, and a Director on CCI Huronia’s Board of Directors since 2015.
