Green TokenMaking use of technologies such as Blockchain and Web 3.0, Green Token is a sustainability-focused Ecosystem, that uses the power of its ERC20 Token, $GREEN, to form a green community through incentivising collective climate action.- Oversaw and approved all marketing and communication strategies that effectively characterised and promoted the organization and its products- Boosted a 4.6 times growth rate on social and communication platforms within the first month- Initiated and fostered value-based partnerships with local corporates/ NGOs based on combating climate change- Reviewed and publicised the organisation's whitepaper, pitch decks, and educational materials2. Rethink HK 2022Rethink HK is a two-day sustainability conference and expo, hosting 3000+ attendees on October 2022. I am in charge of overseeing all activities leading to Green Token's first public in-person event, which involves a booth stand and representatives for theatre stages, as well as any follow-up affairs.- Liaised with the organisers of Rethink, volunteers, and software development partner- Coordinated with various teams involved to identify the optimal strategies to enhance success - Administered all phases of the event by conducting short- and long-term planning and goals

Ashoka builds and cultivates a community of change leaders who transform institutions and cultures, so they support changemaking for the good of society. In this project, I worked closely with an Ashoka Fellow - Autofabricantes.Autofabricantes is founded in 2015, since then, their team has developed and researched in community and open source myoelectric and mechanical prosthetic hands for individuals with physical differences. We focused on their most successful campaign, SuperGiz, and worked closely with Autofabricantes for 6 intensive months to build a new business model that is profitable and sustainable. - Facilitated and led a team of 5 to prepare a 120-page comprehensive business plan- Focused on clarifying existing internal problems and streamlined UI/UX on their platforms- Examined competitors' strategies to improve Autofabricantes' position in the growing market- Investigated extensively on procurement processes of hospitals in Spain and defined an action plan for Autofabricantes- Applied strategies for re-solidifying Autofabricantes' foundation to accelerate their process of selling their products to hospitals - Introduced various KPIs to track their sustainability performance targets in order to assist the company in receiving grants and to attract investors- Advised Autofabricantes on ways to measure their impacts by conducting a Theory of Change analysis, SROI, and stakeholder mapping (inputs, outputs and outcomes)
