My final and most profound role at Affinity Windows was as a Service Coordinator, working closely within a small service team. I was the main point of contact for our clients (Builders site supervisors & admin) in regards to any queries or issues with our products on residential building sites. In my last 2 years with the company I was the sole service coordinator. My duties over the years included, but were not limited to: Raising and processing service requests, raising purchase orders on MFGPro/QAD, liaising with the factory for materials/products, scheduling site meetings, conflict resolution with clientele and providing immediate administrative support to the Operations Manager.

My role as an Operations Assistant involved providing support to the Transport Manager, liaising with subcontractors and site supervisors to schedule the delivery of Affinity products (window/door frames, glazing lock up & flyscreens). I was also responsible for keeping delivery schedules up to date and providing reports to senior management for weekly meetings.

My first role at Affinity Windows was as the sole Administration Assistant/Gainsborough Clerk. In this role my daily responsibilities included keeping internal job registers up to date, data entry of all service paperwork, filing/archiving paperwork, receipting in Gainsborough door barrels and accurately labelling/packing for future jobs.
