- Create Jobs in JD Edwards by retrieving information in WebSpoc. - Run monthly reports (for Depot/CRC/Help Desk).- Create Journal Entries- Work closely with finance on monthly reporting and submitting journal entries. - Review cost sheets for accurate information for journal entries. - Create Ad-hoc’s - Create partner purchase orders.- work closely with PMs/AMs to make sure information is current/accurate. - Create SOP’s for new processes. - Assist in small/large projects.- Monitor emails, team pings, or teams back office for any information pertaining to job set ups, new depot/crc or any changes associated with them, and urgent requests. -Knowledge in billing jobs. -Review Statement of Work documents and check for any errors within the document before being sent to customers. - Review SOW, Pquote’s and PIG files to make sure costs coincide for accurate job set ups. -Complete sprint projects in a timely manner. -Data Entry.- Receive partner purchase orders. - Accounts payable.

•Batch in form types received (new groups, renewals, dental files, Optum rx errors, etc.) into SharePoint and databases for processors to review and complete•Sort mail•Assign work and projects to other departments•Answer continuous pings from processors requesting work•Connect with processors to make sure they are completing assigned work, following up to see if they can take on more work or rushes depending on inventory.•Enter time sensitive customer information into Large Group, Member, and Small Group Databases•Close/complete form types that are sent back to workforce in SharePoint and database•Manage inventory for medium and large groups•Create focus for processors according to attendance, inventory and by skillset•Track inventory to make sure daily, weekly, and monthly metrics are being met•Monitor emails for new groups, group issues and member issues •Perform daily customer service skills via phone and email•Respond to batch in rushes, or forward emails to appropriate department•Create P&P’s (Step by step guide on tasks)
