- Created a formalized process that improved communication, preparation, evaluations, and further development of LEAD Academy, an MTM project dedicated to developing leadership skills.
- Developed countermeasures to help in prepare, assess, evaluate, and track team members during and after completion of LEAD Academy.
- Used cross-departmental communication to identify gaps in LEAD Academy.
- Helped in other projects such as developing a high-school co-op program and further develop college internship program, assisted in organizing the learning management system for training courses, data entry for safety.
- Assisted in communicating new promotion process with all team members across Mazda Toyota Manufacturing.
