o Co-designing and delivering a curriculum for introduction to programming concepts and coding to the participating group of young women Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) from the Oxfordshire area. The curriculum is designed to not only provide key new skills toward further qualifications, but also focuses on life skills.o Responsible for conducting a scoping review of similar programs around the world to create an understanding of the landscape of options offered to NEET young women

o Co-leading research on understanding and evaluating the implementation of the CREATE employability framework in Studio Schools.o Providing ongoing support for research activities of the SKOPE Research Centre via project management and budget coordination .

• Responsible for organizing the National CIRTL network meeting involving 22 institutions from around the country to hand over to new assistant prior to completion of term.• Assisted in the development of the Boston University STEM Education website. Collaborated with the communications specialist and a videographer to produce informative videos that highlight innovative and effective STEM practices around the university.• Cultivated a teaching-as-research seminar and network, where professors and students gather to share and develop novel STEM education practices through the cyclical process of research in teaching.• Supported research on STEM education conducted by the Director of STEM Education. Work included data analysis and writing reports.
