I enhanced data integrity insights for the Field Service Management product by identifying and addressing issues with customer data that can affect our ML model’s performance. I developed seven new metrics for our health dashboard to help customers identify and correct problematic data, targeting our customer’s major pain points. I achieved this by developing JavaScript APIs and using UIBuilder, our internal development tool. This experience deepened my understanding of working with diverse data formats and choosing the most effective solutions to complex problems.
