Expertise in metallurgy, cast iron and steel methods and development, Customer representative to interact and closure of open points, supplier audits for machining, surface treatment,forging,welding qualification.API Q1 certified auditor and API monogram specialist, implementation of Quality system requirements in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001,ISO 45001,NABL 17025,IATF 2016,6 Sigma ,PPAP,MSA,APQP,SPC, welding qualification for various grades, Establish heat treatment cycle for various low alloys,high alloys.ASME sec codes, ASME sec 8,ASME sec 5 .set up furan no bake and Alphaset no bake , Development of castings methods and proven out more than 150 items, implemented business process re-engineering for cost and quality improvement,Development of steel casting more than 40 grades, Development of duplex stainless steel and nickel alloys, Handled 6 Sigma projects and certified black belt ,set up modern foundry for cast iron and steel, Trainer for lean manufacturing process , 6 Sigma etc, Certified NDT level -2 and various techniques VT,MT,RT,UT,LPT. Exposure in machine shop process and quality assurance, Handled sophisticated instruments, Surface treatment process, painting, coating ,Phosphating etc
