Current1) Head of Vehicle integration *New electric two wheeler layout preparation as per market demand .* Finalizing all critical vehicle specification and technical aspects such as battery capacity, vehicle speed, range, wheel base, caster angle, trail, ergonomics comfort etc...* Co ordinating with cross function teams for progress. Ensuring project timeline and making quality product within the specified time for SOP* Co ordinations with styling team and sharing necessary component packaging before sketch and surface starts. sharing packaging feedback considering all dynamic clearances of wheels, handle bar, suspension, main and side stand etc... * Co ordinations with testing and design team to resolve all concerns observed during different test conducted.2) Head of CAE* MBD, RLDA analysis to check strength of Chassis & other structural parts to ensure 100000km of life * Modal and harmonic analysis to determine vibration response of various vehicle components * Static load analysis for components such handle bar, swingarm, main stand to determine it's strength * CFD analysis to check air flow and sharing inputs for smooth flow to ensure cooling of critical electrical component such as motor, battery, MCU etc...3) Head of Vehicle BOM & Cost optimization* Overall vehicle layout along with its BOM parts list* Vehicle BOM cost estimation & optimization* Team center/ECN process 4) Head of project management * High quality presentations and briefing MD to get approval for new projects and kick start work.* Project schedules, GANTT Chart and allocating work resource as per work necessity * BOM cost and sharing input to design for various parts .5) Head of Battery design.*New Battery design - Based on vehicle specification and understanding market demand, battery capacity and size are finalized. * New age technology such as oil immersed battery, potting etc... for better thermal management. * Inhouse battery design, simulation and design release
