As ADG Guwahati, looking after works in seven North Eastern states. The works were mainly of Administrative Buildings, Hostels etc. for CPOA and educational institutes.

Worked as Chief Engineer CPWD, Varanasi. Heading the project unit at Varanasi. Responsible for submission of Preliminary estimates to clients, planning and execution of Hospitals, Admn/office blocks and residential/hostel accommodations for the BHU, IIT(BHU) and IUCTE in Varanasi. Also responsible for works assigned to CPWD by Nagar Nigam Varanasi for 32 km street lights, multilevel 2-wheeler parking and rejuvenation of pond. The value of works carried out in about 3.5 years is more than 1200 Cr.

Worked as Superintending Engineer (C&M) CSQ unit, CPWD New Delhi. Responsible for updation of CPWD Works Manual, General Condition of Contract and registration of Class I and above category contractors’ registrations.

Worked as Superintending Engineer (Planning). NDZ-II Zone CPWD. Responsible for preparation of Detailed Estimates, NITs, Scrutiny of tenders, administrative works, Court cases and other works pertaining to NDZ II Zone. During this period, I was holding additional charge of SE(Design) also.

Worked as Superintending Engineer (Designs) Central Design Organisation, CPWD. Responsible for preparation of structural design and drawings for multistorey buildings residential and Office buildings, NIT hostels etc. being executed by CPWD. The Structural designs were based on various software and good engineering practices.

Participated in full time Advance Professional Diploma in Public administration from IIPA, New Delhi

Worked as Superintending Engineer (Computer cell) in Directorate General, CPWD. Looked after web based application for HR, Project management and maintenance and updation of CPWD website. Also worked on modalities on implementation of ERP/total e-Governance in CPWD all over India.

Worked as Superintending Engineer, RSVY Circle II, CPWD Gaya, Bihar. Additional charge of Superintending Engineer, RSVY, Patna from June 2009 to Dec 2011. The work involved Planning, Detailed Engineering, & monitoring and ensuring quality of the execution of Widening of State Highways in overall 22 districts Bihar under RSVY (Rashtriya Sam Vikas Yojna) Scheme. The total length of the jurisdiction is about 800 km. The state highways were widened from 3/3.5 m to two lane carriage way. The execution of 70 minor and major bridges on these highways. About 90 % roads and 70% bridge works were completed in 2.5 years tenure. Most of the work was in hard-hit Naxal areas. All the road works were fully mechanized were executed on MORTH Specifications.

Responsible for Detail engineering of Line-3elevated portion of Delhi Metro from Ramp on Panchkuian road to Kirti Nagar for planning, contract management execution, monitoring of project, co-ordination etc. • Interaction with various State Authorities to shift UG utilities , maintenance of 7.32 KM length of 6 carriageway road during execution of the project.• Contract Management, Monitoring the execution of work including Safety Quality control and environmental control.• C/o one continuous segmental cast in situ (ground supported) span of 35m + 58m + 35m+ 35m on Pusa Road-Patel Road round about. • Launching of 60m Steel Girder across four broad gauge railway tracks of Northern Railway in Kirti Nagar. • Execution of seven elevated Metro Stations and 7.32 KM elevated viaduct civil, Electrical & Mechanical works and interface with all departments for timely completion of the Project.• Contract management for Steel bridges for all six bridges in line 3.b. Line-6 Central Secretariat - Badarpur• Preparation of Detailed Project Report for Line 6 of MRTS i.e. From Central Secretariat-Badarpur upto Delhi- Haryana Border. • Fixing of alignment, Identification of utilities for DPR purpose, Estimation of Project, Coordination with CRRI for traffic projections, land acquisition, Preparation of tender documents for elevated viaduct and stations.• Technical and financial evaluation of Elevated viaduct tenders and station tenders. • Liasioning with NHAI and DDA for land acquisition • Execution of elevated viaduct and station works from Jangpura to Okhla.

Worked as Executive Engineer (Vigilance) in CPWD, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi, dealing with various types of disciplinary cases.

Worked as Executive Engineer in Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation, New Delhi (DTTDC). Responsible for planning, estimation and execution of various maintenance works of DTTDC assets. Planning and execution of Netaji Subhash Tourist Complex and Tikri, Near Nangloi, New Delhi and Technical and financial evaluation of Raja Garden Flyover.

Worked as Executive Engineer, Malda Central Division I, CPWD, West Bengal. Responsible for timely execution of MHA project of 17 Km of fencing and 32 km of Roads along the Bangladesh border in Malda district. Also planning and designing of many steel bridges having well foundations, acquisition of land for roads, fencing etc.

Worked as Assistant Executive Engineer in SE (Plg), PWD Zone I office, Delhi. Associated with scrutiny of tenders, Estimation of Roads, Planning and preparation of Tenders, technical and financial evaluation of Punjabi Bagh Flyover tender, Preparation of EFC memo for Flyovers, Designing of Subways across Ring Road, RCC Box culverts for PWD Roads in Delhi etc.

Worked as Engineer in Intercontinental Consultants and Technocrats Pvt. Ltd., Green Park New Delhi. Associated with various four lanning projects of National Highways, Material testing, Preparation of DPRs, Condition surveys of existing bridges and roads etc.
