1. I am gold medalist (1st position in merit list) in Higher Secondary Exam of Rajasthan state education board in 19792. I have passed BE (Civil) with Honours in Jan 1985 from Malviya Regional engg college Jaipur.3. I joined National Hydroelectric power corporation in Feb 1985 and served as Engineer/Astt Manager (Civil) for 05 years in Barah pumped storage scheme Alwar and Chamera hydroelectric project HP.4. I joined Military Engineer Services in March 1990 and retired as Chief Engineer (QS&C)(NFU) on 31.08.22. I have vast experience of Appx 32 years of Tender preparation, conclusion of contracts, Contracts administration, Arbitration and court cases, Estimation and technical check of final bills. I have prepared MES Standard Schedule of Rates-2004 and MES manual on contracts-2007. In MES I have dealt biggest tender of resurfacing of Runway Hydeabad costing appx Rs 450 Cr right from preparation to acceptance of contract. I have passed direct final examination in quantity surveying from Institution of surveyors with excellent grading. I am fellow of Institution of surveyors7. I have passed Certificate in computing with excellent grading from IGNOU8. I have attended various seminars on "Tender preparation, Bidding evaluation and award of contracts", "Dispute Management in Infrastructure projects", arbitration cases and "FIDIC conditions".
