Joined Orchard, a series C Real Estate tech start-up, to lead a team of 5 Recruiters focused on volumetric hiring for the Brokerage, Mortgage, Title, Field, and Customer Experience teams. Joined Hippo as their first ever Senior Recruiter in 2019. Managed Recruiting operations with a focus on growing the Consulting pipeline for the Houston market. Aventine Hill is a Texas based professional services firm providing C-level advisory, consulting, project/interim solutions, and executive search in the areas of Accounting & Finance, Business & Technology, and Risk & Compliance.• Joined the Houston team of AHP as the first recruiter for an office in start-up phase. Conducted over 350 in person interviews to date in order to establish a strong bench of over 240 diversified consultants.• Partnered with Senior Management to develop a recruiting strategy and process for the Houston market.• Worked with Director of Client Services to create presentations of consultants to opportunities with our clients.• Functioned as the sole sourcing resource working to fulfill job orders from clients ranging from small to Fortune 500 in various industries.• Utilized LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, social media and Boolean search logic to identify and target candidates, in addition to a strong network built over time to draw referrals from.
