Essential Duties & Responsibilities :-1. Review the drawings with sales and designer and check the production schedule based on the show dates.2. Performing all event's project within time frame by proper coordination among all supportive department. 3. Schedules and coordinates flow of work within or between departments of exhibition projects to expedite production.4. Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently.5. Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).6. Responsible for doing on site revenue generation by exhibitions space selling & exhibitions production selling and collecting potential exhibitors data. 7. Drafting and building tailored presentation for clients as required. 8. Responsible to have smooth coordination between the subcontractors like taking actual measurements by the graphics contractor, pre wiring and lighting provisions etc by the electrical contractor.9. Coordinator from all team's member & handle work independently on site and handover the stand to the client on time.10. Organizing internal meetings with Sales & Account and Designers to further discuss client’s brief and project details 11. Responsible for implementing all Business Development plan built by management. Finding new innovative ways to convert new prospect clients and maximize revenue.Responsible for always keeping PMS (Project Management System) updated.Responsible for follow up on all projects and leads and keep a close contact with the clients. Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.12. Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet expectations.13. Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.14. Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.15. Managing supplier relationships, Negotiating contracts and fees.
