I am a Masters degree graduate in Construction Management who aspires to find a suitable opportunity in a reputed Civil Engineering firm. My past experience in the Construction industry has taught me to spearhead projects wherein I have handled budgeting, procurement of building materials, and carried out both quantity and quality checks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities. During the course of my Masters, I acquired different techniques of managing risks in Health and Safety using @Risk in various situations. Learning different methodologies of Construction Procurement and Principles of Contract negotiations have helped me to learn the art and nuances of how Construction Management works in New Zealand. Being passionate in this field is my strength and I’m certain that I can add value to the company I work for. Most importantly, I enjoy working with others and I believe that my strong communication skills and knowledge in NZ’s construction sector can meet the expectations of that the job demands.
